Immortalized as Sam, the piano player who sings "As Time Goes By," in Casablanca. Interestingly, Wilson didn’t know how to play the piano. In the film, the piano was empty and the music came from a pianist located behind the camera. Vintage fountain pen signature and inscription “To Raymond, Dooley Wilson” on an off-white 5.5 x 4.5 album page. In very good condition, with a few small stains, subtle wrinkling, a handwritten notation at the top edge, and a small image of Wilson affixed. A scarce autograph in any form.
