GOLDEN AGE OF HOLLYWOOD: Collection of 600 vintage signatures, including Oscar winners, legends, and cast members from The Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind

Seven autograph albums containing approximately 600 vintage ink and pencil signatures of stars, including actors and actresses, athletes, and others. The signatures are mostly back to back; most are inscribed to “Billy.” A number of the signers are represented by multiple examples. Many of the pages bear small affixed photos of the signers, and some signatures are on affixed cards and slips. A list of the more prominent signers follows; the remainder is comprised mainly of minor entertainment personalities. In good condition overall, with wrinkling and staining from exposure to moisture, scattered toning and soiling, brushing to some signatures, and wear to bindings (some pages detached).
