Vintage matte-finish 21.5 x 16.5 photo partly affixed to a 25.75 x 22 card mount, signed and inscribed in black ink on the photo, “To the Lockwood School, from Louis Armstrong.” According to the consignor, the photograph was taken during a 1960 performance at Lockwood School in Oakland, California, and descended in the family of a teacher and vice principal at the school.
