Partly printed DS, clearly signed “William McKinley, Jr.,” one 7.5 x 10 page inlaid to a slightly larger sheet, February 1871. A legal document involving a charge against a “keeper of a room of public resort, where intoxicating liquors, other than wines manufactured from the pure juice of the grape, cultivated in the State of Ohio, ale, beer, or cider were and have been then and there sold….” A hint of subtle soiling along folds, otherwise fine, clean condition. Auction LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
