Queen of England (born 1665), the last British monarch in the Stuart dynasty, who reigned from 1702 until her death in 1714. Among the most notable events of her reign was the passage of the Act of Union in 1707, which resulted in the creation of Great Britain from the union of England and Scotland. Manuscript DS, signed at the top of the first page “Anne R,” one page both sides, 7.25 x 11.75, March 27, 1702. A document addressed to Charles Godfrey, “Master and Treasurer of our Jewel House,” regarding the bestowal of several official decorations which are described in detail.
