Dow,” one page both sides, approximately 14 x 15.25 (irregular), April 1, 1891. A mortgage bond for the Amity Canal Reservoir and Improvement Company. Dow has signed twice on the reverse as trustee. Sixteen of the original coupons remain attached. Intersecting folds (as issued), cancellation holes (away from signature), subtle smudge to one letter of one signature, and small authentication label to front of document, otherwise fine condition.
