In part: “I have been so engaged in a case in the Supreme Court of the state here and another in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals at Chicago that my mail has necessarily been unattended to. I beg to thank you for your invitation to meet with the brethren of the Phi Delta Theta, at their banquet….
