In full (translated): "In the name of the Israeli Defense Forces and in the name of our liaison unit to the International Red Cross it is our will to thank you for the work that you did on our behalf. Specifically, for your work as a volunteer intermediary and to recognize your joining our work on behalf of our captives in Arab countries. The devotion and talent that you used to manage the dispute about the captives will serve the offices in Jerusalem until the last of our captive citizens come back to our land, and it will be possible for us to overcome all obstacles that are in our path. You helped with your good deeds to join in an active manner in the careful steps for our existence.” In fine condition, with light wrinkling and handling wear and faint stain to top margin.
