Three items: 1972 TLS on embossed personal letterhead, signed “LBJ,” sending holiday wishes to a young girl; detached half-title page from his book The Vantage Point with affixed bookplate signed “Lyndon B. Johnson,” to which was later added the printed text of the Oath of Office; and a hardcover first-edition copy of his book The Vantage Point, signed in black ink “Lyndon B. Johnson” on a printed bookplate affixed to the half-title page.
