DS, signed “Willm Henry Harrison,” two pages, 6.75 x 12.25, December 9, 1814. Lengthy indenture agreement between Harrison and John Cleves for a small parcel of land sold to Adrian Hageman for four dollars. Signed on the reverse of the first page in black ink by Harrison and Cleves. In very good condition, with fragile partial separations along horizontal storage folds to both pages, scattered light toning and foxing and several creases. Harrison’s signature is precise and bold.
