Nicely signed at the bottom in black ink by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Impressively matted and framed with a color portrait of Jackson, to an overall size of 33 x 18.5. Two vertical storage folds, one through a single letter of signature, trivial bit of paper loss to bottom edge, intact seal and a touch of light soiling, otherwise fine condition.
