An agreement related to compensation for legendary Hollywood agent Irving “Swifty” Lazar to serve as Executive Producer for a television pilot based on Capote’s novel Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Though the novel had earlier been adapted into a now-classic film starring Audrey Hepburn (1961), the TV series, needless to say, failed to set the airwaves on fire. Countersigned by Lazar.
