Two items: an honoree program for an event celebrating the 10th anniversary of the historic STS-1 mission on April 12, 1991, 8 x 8, signed on the title page in various ink types by 16 Space Shuttle astronauts, including: John Young, Bob Crippen, Vance Brand, Richard Truly, Dan Brandenstein, Story Musgrave, Fred Gregory, William Lenoir, Bob ‘Hoot’ Gibson, John Casper, Sam Durrance, and more; and a Manned Flight Awareness Honoree Award presented to Phillip E. Cota, Jr., at the abovementioned STS-1 10th anniversary event, 14 x 11, which bears an affixed STS-1 anniversary patch, color images of the mission liftoff, and a preprinted signature of NASA Administrator Richard Truly. The certificate is housed in its original presentation folder. The program lists Cota as an honoree for his work in Civil Service at the Johnson Space Center. In overall fine condition, with light handling wear. Accompanied by an STS-1 anniversary sticker and a glossy photo of the STS-1 crew with facsimile signatures.
