Two items: an ALS signed "Sally K. Ride," one page, 5.5 x 8, NASA stationery, no date, addressed to Ms. Williams in response to a request for a signed photo to be included in a hospital celebrity auction: "I'm sorry it took me so long to respond to your letter…I'm afraid it got buried on my desk while I was out of the country. I hope you can still use the picture." The second item is the referenced picture: an official color 8 x 10 NASA lithograph of Ride in her blue flight suit, signed in blue ink, "Sally K. Ride." In overall fine condition, with a piece of clear tape to the middle of the top border.
