Description

Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 16 x 10, June 1, 1823. Monroe grants David M. Elivee of Missouri eighty acres of land in the district of Franklin. Nicely signed at the bottom in black ink by President Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office John McLean. The crisp white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. In fine condition.
