In full: "I beg to acknowledge your letter of March 22nd concerning the headings, etc. from The Knave of Hearts, but regret to say that, owing to the travelling exhibition's success, I have been asked to loan the pictures for a longer time, so that I have no idea when they will be returned to me. Sorry about your rule for a one third discount, as I could not give that." In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds.
