A loan out agreement between Nicolas Motion Picture Corp. and Englund Entertainment, in which the former requests Robert Englund "to perform in the feature length theatrical motion picture presently entitled 'Nightmare on Elm Street 4.'" Signed twice at the conclusion by Englund. Stapled to the contract is an eight-page memorandum of agreement related to the film, which is also signed at the conclusion by Englund. Also stapled to the contract are additional terms and agreements, as well as a set of four exhibit packets related to finances and royalties. In fine condition, with a tear and paper loss to last sheet in packet. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
