Original vintage 1941 sketch of Associate Justice Felix Frankfurter by artist M. H. Herrin, accomplished in pencil on an off-white 9.25 x 12 sheet, which is signed in the lower border in fountain pen, "Felix Frankfurter." The sketch is also signed by Herrin, and is dated in the right margin to November 29, 1941. In very good to fine condition, with some creasing to the left edge, and small stains to both side edges. An attractive original sketch by Herrin, whose artwork remains quite collectible.
