DS, signed “R. E. Olds,” one page, 13 x 8.5, January 10, 1916. Certificate for 10 shares of stock in the REO Motor Car Company issued to L. D. Halsted, signed at the bottom by Olds as the company's president. Certificate bears a highly attractive vignette featuring the REO 'wings' logo with female figures. In very good to fine condition, with a crease to the upper right corner, and an "R" cancellation touching the signature.
