Vintage pearl-finish 8 x 10 photo of Dempsey throwing a left jab as he practices, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To my friend Fred Trosper, Best wishes, Jack Dempsey, July 1924." Mounted, matted, and framed to an overall size of 14.5 x 16.5. In fine condition, with a surface crease to the upper left background area, light ink strokes to the date and first letter of the signature, and light staining to the lower edge of the mat.
