Vintage oversized 13 x 16 matte-finish photo of Valentino in Cossack uniform as he appeared in his second-to-last film, The Eagle, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen, "To Miss Irene Cruze, Kindest wishes, Rudolph Valentino." In good to very good condition, with irregularly trimmed edges, light silvering to the darker areas of the image, several edge tears, scuffing which touches Valentino's face, and a noticeable crease to the left background area. Signed Valentino images of this size are rather elusive.
