Johnson.” In very good to fine condition, with old tape on the mount, which once held the mat in place, and which could easily be replaced. Includes the contemporary mat, now detached. Heinz Abersfeller was a longtime executive in the General Services Administration, where he held several top positions on committees to codify minority contracting policies and safety standards for government-use vehicles.
