Description

French-born American industrial designer (1893-1986) who achieved fame for the magnitude of his design efforts across a variety of industries. Among his designs were the Shell, Exxon, TWA and the former BP logos, the Greyhound Scenicruiser bus, Coca-Cola vending machines and bottle redesign, the Lucky Strike package, Coldspot refrigerators, and the Studebaker Avanti. Glossy 8 x 10 photo of the famed industrial designer, signed and inscribed in thin blue felt tip, "To Harris Lantz III, Sincerely, Raymond Loewy.” In very good to fine condition, with some scattered creasing.
