DS, signed “E. G. Goudey" and "Harold C. DeLong,” one page, 11 x 8.25, August 5, 1919. Stock certificate for five shares in The Goudey Gum Co., issued to Evarest Favioli. Signed at the conclusion by Goudey as president and DeLong as treasurer. In very good to fine condition, with a paperclip impression to the top edge, and light dampstaining to the left side. Goudey was the first American company to issue baseball cards with each stick of gum; DeLong also issued a baseball card set in 1933. From the collection of Stephen Adamson.
