TLS signed “John Kennedy,” one page, 8 x 10.5, House of Representatives letterhead, May 6, 1952. Letter to Stephen F. Curran, Jr., in part: "I have received your letter of May 5th, relative to your desire to be permitted to enlist in the United States Air Force. In reply, I wish to advise you that I am again contacting Air Force Headquarters here in Washington, and shall be most happy to continue my efforts in your behalf." In very good condition, with overall wrinkling, a paperclip impression to the upper right, a heavy stain to the upper left, and overall toning from prior display.
