Each member has signed their professional and legal name in ballpoint, "Dean Paul Martin, Jr., Dean Same," "Desi Arnaz Jr., Desiderio Alberto Arnaz IV," and "Billy Hinsche, William E. Hinsche," with Martin and Hinsche also adding their respective addresses, social security numbers, and agent name, "Mack Gray." In overall fine condition. Accompanied by copies of their receipts, indicating payment of their $216 initiation fee.
