Desirable AMQS on an off-white 6.25 x 8 album page, signed at the conclusion in fountain pen, "Jascha Heifetz,—New York, 1924—," who adds two bars of moderately quick music "From the 'Ruins of Athens.'" In fine condition, with light offsetting of a Caruso self-portrait that had been on the facing page of the autograph album. Heifetz is very scarce in signed musical quotations, with this example all the more coveted for its large size and crisp penmanship.
