In full (translated): "It will be necessary to dine at exactly 7:00 P.M. because we have reserved seats at the Chatelet to see la Mission Marchand [The Commercial Mission] and la poudre de Perlimpinpin [a powder supposed to have magical powers, used by charlatans]."
