Description
Vintage pencil signature, "Babe Ruth,” on an off-white 4 x 3 slip, dated "5-15-48" in another hand. Mounted and double-matted with a portrait to an overall size of 12 x 19. In very good to fine condition, with light creasing and central horizontal fold. Ruth would pass away three months later on August 16, 1948.
