Van Kirk annotates the drawing: "Atomic mushroom cloud expands over the Aioi Bridge, the center of Hiroshima, 'Little Boy,' first atomic bomb explodes over Hiroshima…Enola Gay: Altitude: 31,060 ft., Speed: 258 knots, Heading: About 60°."
