Description


Souvenir print of the lunar plaque left on the moon during the historic Apollo 11 mission, 7.75 x 6.5, signed above their names in ink or ballpoint, "Neil Armstrong," "M. Collins," and "Buzz Aldrin." A small window to lower portion reveals a Richard Nixon signature done in a secretarial hand. The plaque features the famous text, "Here men from the Planet Earth first set foot upon the Moon, July 1969, A.D., We came in peace for all mankind." In fine condition, with the border and continents touched up in felt tip. Accompanied by full letters of authenticity from JSA and Beckett.
