Colonel Brezhnev, then 37 years old and the Chief Political Commissar in charge of the 18th Army's political instructors, signs at the bottom in red pencil. Countersigned by Konstantin Leselidze and Semen Efimovich Kolonin. In fine condition, with a trimmed bottom edge.
