Includes its plain cardboard box and typed caption affirming that the pen was “used by the President, August 11, 1965, in signing S. 24, An Act to expand, extend, and accelerate the saline water conversion program conducted by the Secretary of the Interior, and for other purposes.” In fine condition, with light wear.
