Fantastic original pencil sketch by President Dwight D. Eisenhower depicting a man in a suit, probably an advisor or member of the White House staff, accomplished on a 3 x 3.75 slip torn from a larger sheet. In fine condition, with two rough edges. Originates from the estate of White House physician Walter R. Tkach, and accompanied by Tkach's 1957 presidential staff badge for the US Naval Base at Newport. President Eisenhower was an accomplished artist and was known to sketch during meetings.
