The record is included. Accompanied by letters of authenticity from Perry Cox, who notes that "this is the only time" he's ever seen this album signed, and from noted Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo, who states: "This LP cover was signed very shortly after the album was released, which was also right around the time of John and Yoko's 'Bed In' in Montreal—when the word 'Peace' was very much on the mind of John."
