Smith's 24-hour radiothon for MDA on KNBR radio on September 2-3, 1979, numbered 112/150, signed in black felt tip by Alan Shepard and Carter B. Smith. Also bears a stamped Jerry Lewis signature and a "Watch the Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon" postmark on the reverse. In fine condition.
