The plate is bordered by portraits of the "Grand Old Party Standard Bearers, 1856-1908": John Fremont, Abraham Lincoln, U. S. Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes, James A. Garfield, Chester A. Arthur, James G. Blaine, Benjamin Harrison, William McKinley, and Theodore Roosevelt. In very good to fine condition, with light scuffs and scratches.
