Harris, in full: "This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of July 13th, relative to your desire to secure a copy of the report on 'Federal Educational Activities and Educational Issues Before Congress.' In compliance with your request, I am enclosing, herewith, a copy of that publication, which was prepared by the Legislative Reference Service of the Library of Congress for the use of the Committee on Labor and Public Welfare." In very good to fine condition, with some light creasing, and toning along the side edges.
