Letter discussing a contract for the lease of projection machines between Electrical Research Products, Inc., and her husband Florenz Ziegfeld, in part: "The two Simplex Projection Machines…are not included in the agreement, but from what information I could gather from Mr. Thomas, they were purchased separately by Mr. Sam Kingston, through Major Zanft, then associated with the Fox Film Company, and with the Fox Film Company negotiating the purchase, gave Mr. Ziegfeld the advantage of a discount." She adds a short handwritten postscript, initialed "B.B.Z." Double-matted and framed with a portrait of Burke as Glinda the Good Witch to an overall size of 15 x 27.75. In fine condition.
