Bold ink signature of Chiang Kai-shek in Chinese on an off-white 3.75 x 6.5 sheet with raised lettering reading, "The President of the Republic of China," below an embossed sun. In fine condition, with light show-through from some surface paper loss on the reverse. Accompanied by a transmittal letter from his office in Taiwan, dated July 8, 1959, explaining the three characters in Chiang's signature.
