Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 16 x 9.75, November 15, 1830. President Jackson grants William McCann of Montgomery County, Ohio a tract of land in "Indianapolis, Indiana, containing one hundred and sixty acres." Signed prominently at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Haywood. A portion of the original red seal remains affixed to lower left corner. In very good to fine condition, with light soiling, and part of the red wax seal missing.
