Partly-printed DS, one page, 7 x 4.5, October 21, 1811. Pay order issued to the "Treasurer of the City of New York" to pay John Randall, Jr., a total of $350.32 for "surveying sheets & roads." Signed at the conclusion by Clinton as mayor, and countersigned by Garrett Noel Bleecker as comptroller and Jacob Morton as clerk. In fine condition. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication and grading holder, evaluating the autograph as "NM 7."
