Bradley, Ph. M 2/c" (2), "Rene A. Gagnon Cpl. U.S.M.C., Iwo Jima Flag Raiser," "Ira H. Hayes, Cpl. U.S.M.C., Iwo Jima Flag Raiser," and "Joe Rosenthal, AP Photog., Iwo Jima, Feb. 23, 1945." The Hayes FDC bears a cachet honoring the Indian Centennial in Muskogee, Oklahoma; Hayes was a Pima Native American who was given the codename 'Chief Falling Cloud.' In overall fine condition.
