Signed and inscribed at the top of the first page in Russian by Tsiolkovsky, with a three-line inscription dated 1901. In very good condition, with a repaired tear to the bottom of the first page, and some scattered light foxing. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
