Warren, the Mayor of Indian Creek Village in Florida, in full: "I am sorry that I have delayed thanking you for your many courtesies to me and my staff during my recent trip to the Miami Beach area. You were extremely kind and I am very grateful to you. Hoping to see you again sometime soon and with kind personal regards." In very good to fine condition, with light overall toning, an old tape stain near the bottom edge, and two small corner mounting remnants on the reverse. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
