American electrical engineer (born 1932) who invented dynamic random access memory (DRAM), more colloquially called RAM, which is used in computers, graphics cards, portable devices, and video game consoles. Two photos: a color glossy 10 x 8 photo of Dennard smiling in front of a dry erase board with a drawing of a DRAM cell (circuit schematic), signed in black felt tip, "Robert H. Dennard, Inventor, US Patent, 3,387,286, DRAM"; and a glossy 8 x 8 photo of the patent for his invention of dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), signed in black felt tip, "Robert H. Dennard, 50 years later!" In overall fine condition.
