The top cover bears a North American Aviation/USAF label marked "S330530" and a "Component" tag marked "T/E 2722447 03, N/A 2722015 03." The cover has two circular holes, and rotates to reveal matching holes with mirrors inside. In very good condition, with both mirrors loose inside the housing.
