Charlie Duke, Apollo 16 LMP, Apollo 11 CAPCOM, July 20, 1969." Duke's autograph appears at the "Lunar Landing" point on the plotting chart. Rolled and in fine condition, with central vertical and horizontal folds, and scattered creasing and wrinkling.
