Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy in Texas on the morning of the assassination, taken by official White House photographer Cecil W. Stoughton on November 22, 1963. The president and first lady—dressed in her iconic pink Chanel suit—are seen with their secret service detail as they pass an adoring crowd. Reverse bears "A Kodak Paper" watermarks and pencil notations, "C420-23-63," as well as Stoughton's stamped return address and an affixed sticky note annotated in Stoughton's hand, "at fence in Dallas."
