Waddell, in full: "It is my intention to leave here for New York on the 20th Instant but travelling by private conveyance I cannot now speak with certainty as to the period of my arrival. I hope to reach there by the first or second of July—probably the latter day." In fine condition, with scattered creasing and several intersecting folds.
